Cancellations
No refunds will be made for cancellations after November 1st. Any spaces that have not been claimed by 9AM Saturday morning will be reassigned to artists on the waiting list. Please call if you have an emergency. Check-in and SetupWe encourage artists to setup if possible, Friday night, December 4th, from 6 PM - 9 PM. We are trying something new this year to relieve artist waiting time and unloading congestion and need your cooperation. This year all artists will first park in the designated lower parking lot and then immediately come to the library for check-in. In the library you will be given a specific unloading location and permit along with student helpers to assist you in unloading. ALL ARTISTS MUST REGISTER IN THE LIBRARY AND RECEIVE A PARKING PERMIT BEFORE UNLOADING ! Each artist will receive a TideFest Artist pass and one additional pass for a helper. Please make a note of TideFest hours and have someone present and in charge of your booth at all times: Saturday 9:30AM-5PM and Sunday 11AM-4PM. The building will be open to artists on Friday 6PM-9PM, Saturday 7AM and Sunday 9AM. We ask that you be in your booth before the show opens on both days. This year TideFest is selling wristbands that grant a 30 minute early admission to shoppers. Therefore, some shoppers will be at your booth beginning at 9:30. We appreciate your flexibility and participation in this early opening.Electricity and Wireless InternetElectricity has been delicately balanced on existing circuits. All booths are provided electricity at no additional charge, however all booths are limited 500 watts. There are absolutely no exceptions. Free wireless internet is provided to artists during the show. We can't guarantee absolute accessibility, but there is hope! If you choose to use a laptop during TideFest, remember your booth is allotted 500 watts total at any given time.Door PrizeEach TideFest Artist is asked to donate a piece of their work (if financially feasible) as a door prize for shoppers. The winning shopper will come to your booth during TideFest with a red coupon to receive the piece that you preselected for them. We will be confirming your participation in our door prize tradition at check-in!BreakfastEach TideFest artist and a guest are invited to the annual complimentary Artist Breakfast. The breakfast is Sunday morning from 9:30AM to 10:30AM in the Gig Harbor High School library. Please attend this special tradition and meet the TideFest VIP's! Here is the tentative menu for the artist breakfast!Bagels with Cream Cheese, Fruit and Cheese Platter ,Sausage, Assorted Quiche, Sweet Breads, Strudel, Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee, Hot Water for teas or apple cider, Apple and Orange Juice Driving DirectionsCleanupWe ask that all artists maintain their booth until the show is over Sunday 4PM.
